What inspired Mr Aquaro to lending was the sheer frustration in dealing with other lenders when it concerned his accounting clients financial needs whether it be for personal, investment, commercial or business use. Areas of major concern were tax effective, legally structured loans that should comply with the Australian Income Tax Act and the Australian Taxation Office. Since brokers and banks generally can’t give accounting and tax advice when dealing with clients it made sense to Mr Aquaro that he offer an additional service to his existing client base. Hence the reason for the establishment of Community Finance. Community Finance has formed a strategic alliance with Accounting Australia and Investments Securities Australia. It is this alliance that separates Community Finance from others.
